This DVD is unique because they have been down the same road many of you have. Tami and Beth focus the practice on areas they feel were most helpful for them in working toward success, healing and stress management. The entire practice gives you the feeling you are in a yoga class; with real people (men and women) doing the same practice alongside of you.

In this DVD, you will learn a comprehensive mind/body program for fertility which includes:

  • Breathing: An entire practice section devoted to learning how to take slow, deep breaths to combat stress response and lower stress hormones like cortisol.
  • Asana (postures): Flow to the beautiful music and re-connect with your body through a series of postures designed to stretch and open the pelvic region, bring fresh blood into the ovaries and testes, as well as release stored tension and toxins from the body.
  • Visualizations: Two different guided imagery sessions to calm the mind and its endless chatter.
  • Restorative: A primer on how to use props such as straps, pillows and the wall to make yoga postures effortless and restful.
