What is your return policy?

Unopened products purchased from Natural Fertility Shop.com are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns received after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. 

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

If your original order received free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted before the refund is issued.  

Once a return arrives at our warehouse, it can take 10-14 business days to process the return. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed. 

How do I return an item?

To return your product please contact us to get a return RMA number. There will be 30 days to return your package once the RMA number has been created. Returns with a postmarked shipping date after this time period will not be issued a refund.

We do not offer refunds for products that have already been opened or used. If the products seal is broken or the product has been opened it is no longer eligible for a refund. 

We do not refund shipping costs for returns. Any return shipping charges incurred by the Natural Fertility Shop due to incorrect address, customer refusal of package, or mail carriers inability to deliver package to customers address for any other reason will be deducted from customer refund.

If your order was refused or returned to us by international customs there will be a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred will be paid by the customer. (Please see our international shipping policies for more details)

The Natural Fertility Shop does not take returns or issue refunds for the following products:

  • Opened products or products with a seal broken

  • Womb Care Castor Oil 
  • Womb Care Castor Oil Wrap
  • Radiant Womb Essential Oil Blend
  • Calm Womb Essential Oil Blend
  • Fertilicare Essential Oil Blend

How long before I receive my refund?

All refunds are processed upon inspection of the items which may take 10-14 days. Once your returned items have been processed, a credit should post to your credit card or PayPal account (minus any shipping fees you incurred on your original order) within 15 business days. You will also receive notification of your refund by email.

I received my order, but an item is missing. What should I do?

If you are missing an item please contact us and we will fix the situation as soon as possible.

Exchanging product

We are not currently able to exchange products. Instead we will issue you a refund when we receive your unused return and you can place an order for the new product that you would like.

Can you provide a return address label?

We are not currently able to provide a return address label.

Do I get a refund on shipping?

We do not refund shipping costs. If shipping was free on your order the cost of shipping the package will be deducted from the amount of your refund/return. 

International Returns or Packages Refused 


If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package ( or does not pick up/claim the package in time)  or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to us for the return of the package.

Once the product arrives back at our warehouse, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 15% of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.

If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
