We understand that confidentiality is important when it comes to packages of this type. We use complete discretion in packaging your order for shipment. All orders are mailed in a plain bubble-wrap envelope or a plain box with a nondescript return address name of "N.F.S."
Domestic Shipping Options & Times
(Shipping times to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer) Orders are shipped either through United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx) depending on the shipping method chosen. Shipping is automatically calculated based on product weight prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices for shipping your order to your zip code and country. Most expedited orders will be shipped through FedEx. Please be sure to provide a physical address for expedited orders as FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.

How do I track my package?
You will receive a tracking number on the confirmation e-mail we send you once your order has shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at www.USPS.com or FedEx.com.
You can also access your tracking number by going to 'My Account', click on 'Review Orders'. Click on the order you wish to track. The tracking information will be located at the top of your order summary.
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
Yes we do. We ship to PO Boxes through USPS. Orders may take longer if shipped to a PO Box due to the necessity of using the US Postal Service for shipping to PO Boxes.
I just placed an order, and would like to make a change to my order. How do I do that?
Our goal is to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible, because of this we are not able to guarantee that we can change your order. To make a request for order changes please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
