$5.99 Flat Rate Shipping

    All customers in the United States can place any size order and pay a $5.99 flat rate shipping fee.
Confidential Packaging

    We understand that confidentiality is important when it comes to packages of this type. We use complete discretion in packaging your order for shipment. All orders are mailed in a plain bubble-wrap envelope or a plain box with a nondescript return address name of "Fulfillment Center". Click here to view a full size picture of our shipping label.

Domestic Shipping Options & Times

Orders are shipped either through United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx) depending on the shipping method chosen. Shipping is automatically calculated based on product weight prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices for shipping your order to your zip code and country. Please contact customer service if you need a specific carrier for your package.
Flat rate and priority mail shipping times begin once the package is shipped. Shipping to PO boxes may take longer as the United States Postal Service is required for these addresses.
Expedited (two day and overnight) orders placed before 11:30am EST will ship that same business day. Expedited orders placed after 11:30am EST will ship the following business day. (We are not offering expedited two business day or overnight shipping during the pandemic.)

When will I receive my order?

$5.99 Flat Rate Shipping
Approximately 5 - 7 business days after shipping confirmation email is received.

Priority Mail Shipping*

Approximately 3 - 4 business days after shipping confirmation e-mail is received. (This does not include warehouse packaging delays due to the pandemic.)

*Please know that priority mail is not considered an expedited option and it is not a guaranteed service by USPS.

How do I track my package? 

You will receive a tracking number on the confirmation e-mail we send you once your order has shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at or You can also access your tracking number by going to 'My Account', click on 'Review Orders'. Click on the order you wish to track. The tracking information will be located at the top of your order summary.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes? 

Yes we do. We ship to PO Boxes through USPS. Orders may take longer if shipped to a PO Box due to the necessity of using the US Postal Service for shipping to PO Boxes.

I just placed an order, and would like to make a change to my order. How do I do that?

Our goal is to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible. In order to best serve you we request all changes or cancellations on orders be submitted no later than 30 minutes after placing your order. For all order changes please send an e-mail to or call 1-800-851-7957.
