Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement - Shake well before each use. Take 30-60 drops 3 times per day in a small amount of water. Use from day 15 - 28 of your monthly cycle. Day one is the first day of your period. Discontinue at first determination of pregnancy and avoid during nursing.
