Currency and Payment

Prices for all our products are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). When using a credit card for payment, your credit card provider will convert the transaction amount into your local currency at their applicable exchange rate. Your monthly statement will reflect this conversion.

Fees, Duties, and Taxes on International Orders

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and the shipping destination. Please note that the listed prices do not include customs fees, import duties, or any other taxes that may be levied by your country.

As the importer, you are solely responsible for any additional costs for customs clearance. These charges are beyond our control and are determined by customs authorities within your country. Any product damage incurred due to customs inspections will be your responsibility.

Before making a purchase, ensure that your country permits the import of nutritional supplements from the U.S.

 

International Returns and Package Refusals

  • Shipping Times Not Guaranteed: While USPS provides estimated delivery times for its services, such as Priority Express, these time frames are not guaranteed. Factors like weather, origin, destination, and customs delays can affect the actual delivery time. As stated in USPS's fine print: "number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays". Consequently, shipping refunds will not be provided for packages that arrive later than the expected time window allocated by USPS.

  • Address Errors, Refused Packages, or Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned because of an address error by the customer, refusal by the customer, or because it remains unclaimed, the customer bears responsibility for all associated shipping costs. This includes the original shipping cost to send the item(s) and any return shipping fees. These costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Restocking Fee: When the package arrives back at our warehouse, refunds will be processed for the merchandise value only. This refund will be adjusted by deducting a 15% restocking fee and any other charges incurred, such as quarantine or warehousing fees levied by customs.

  • Costly Returns: Should the expense of returning the package to us be more than the total order value, USPS will be directed to abandon the shipment. Consequently, no refunds, even for the merchandise, will be provided.

  • Customs Refusal: In instances where customs reject a package due to the inclusion of prohibited items, the package will be abandoned. No refunds, including the original shipping costs or merchandise value, will be provided.

By initiating a return or refusing a package, customers acknowledge and agree to these stipulations regarding non-refundable shipping costs and potential fees.

Before placing an order, familiarize yourself with your country's customs policies. The rules and fees can vary greatly and ignorance of these can result in high import duties, delayed delivery, or package returns.

Any fees incurred by Natural Fertility Shop.com for non-compliance will be billed to you. If items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus a 15% restocking fee and any additional charges incurred.
