How will my order be packaged?
We understand the importance of confidentiality. All orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging with “N.F.S.” as the return address.
When will my order ship and how long will it take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. U.S. orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on your choice at checkout. International shipping is also available (delivery times vary by country).
Will I get tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also log in to your account to view tracking updates.
What’s your return policy?
For safety reasons, we can only accept unopened products returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used products are not eligible for return. For full return guidelines, click here.
