I just placed an order, and I forgot to add/remove some items. Can this be done?
Our goal is to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible. How do I change my shipping address on the order I just placed?

Can you put a rush on my order?
Please choose from one of the Expedited shipping methods upon Checkout. Shipping times start once the package has been packed and shipped. We ship packages within 1-2 business days of receipt. Expedited orders placed before 11:30 EST will ship same business day. Expedited orders received after 11:30 EST will ship the following business day.
I am unable to change or cancel my order online through my account. Why?
Once an order has been submitted and payment is processed an administrator will be needed to credit your account.
What should I do if an item I desire is out of stock? Do you take back-orders?
We do not allow orders for items on back order. If a product you desire is out of stock, please use the 'Email me when Back-In Stock' feature located below that products Add To Cart Button. You will then be sent an email when the product is back in stock and available for purchase.
How do I use a coupon?
Enter your coupon code into the coupon code box that appears at the end of your cart summary.
I have not received my order confirmation. Can you help me?
It is not uncommon for our order/shipping confirmation emails to end up in "junk/spam" folders. If you are not finding the confirmations there, please be sure to reach out. It could be a typo in the email address or multiple accounts causing the issue. We are here to help you get to the bottom of it!
What are my payment options?
Orders can be placed online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover cards and PayPal. If you'd like to pay by check please use PayPal.
Can I pay with a money order or wire transfer?
We do not currently accept money orders or wire transfers.
Why is my credit card declining?
There are several reasons why a card may decline. First, double check the card number and security information provided. If all of this lines up and you are still getting a decline, there could be issues with your bank. Please call your bank to verify the funds are available and there are no security provisions on the account. Examples of security provisions are; purchase amount limits or ordering outside of your respective country. (Keep in mind we charge in US dollars.) Where is my order?
If your order has not arrived in the specified time frame for the type of shipping you chose, contact us with your order information.
There is an item missing from my shipment. What should I do?
