Why do I need vitamins, supplements or herbs to boost my fertility?
There are two groups of women that can benefit from vitamins, herbs and supplements: Those preparing for conception and want to make sure they are getting all of the important nutrients needed for a healthy pregnancy, and those who may be experiencing a fertility imbalance and would like to become pregnant. Herbs and supplements can help in both of these cases.
How can I trust you to really recommend what I need? How do I know you're not doing this just to make money?
For all of the Natural Fertility Specialists on staff this is a calling. We do not just make recommendations so we can sell you something. Our greatest goal is to help you feel empowered, become educated in your options and ultimately become a mother. There are even some instances where we will suggest that you work with another type of health practitioner; whatever we think is the best option for you is what we suggest, regardless of profit.

What kind of supplements does Natural Fertility Shop.com suggest?
We suggest supplements and herbs that are of the highest quality, GMP certified (3rd party FDA mandated), whole food and organic when possible. You will notice we have a lot of options available to you; we don't just sell one pill which supposedly fixes everyone. We sell individual nutrients as well as blends so you are able to customize your program and receive therapeutic amounts of the supplements and herbs.
How much do the products cost? How do your products compare in cost to other products?
Our products are well worth the cost and are considered very affordable compared to the infertility alternative of IUI, IVF and fertility medications. We provide the highest quality and most effective products available at an affordable price.
What if I'm already taking supplements or other vitamins?
Most supplements can be taken together but some herbs may not work well together. Please email one of our trained herbalists if you have a question about combining herbs or supplements you are currently taking.
What if I am taking medications or preparing for a fertility medical procedure?
If you are preparing for a medical fertility procedure in the future, you can use herbs and supplements in preparation (we suggest at least 3 months preparation before you start your medications). If you are currently already on fertility medications or undergoing a procedure you should not combine herbs with your medications. Herbs that act on the hormonal system could affect how your medications are working. It is best to only use herbs in preparation beforehand and not mix the two.
If you are taking medications for a health condition and would like to use herbs or supplements in addition, please consult with your doctor. You may also send an email to our herbalists and they may be able to assist you once you have spoken to your doctor.
My previous healthcare practitioner suggested a different program than you did. How can it be that two different practitioners recommend two different regimes?
There are many paths to health and many practitioners that can take you there. The options available to us in the natural health world are vast and many different programs and remedies will produce the desired effect we are seeking. If you are currently working with a healthcare practitioner and they have you on a program, it is best to follow that program for the suggested amount of time before you change it or start a different program. Health results take time to appear (1-3 months) and may take some patience.
How long will I have to take supplements/vitamins/herbs before I get pregnant?
There is no simple answer to this question. It is different for every couple dependent on diet, health history, stress levels, existing health conditions or imbalances, how well they stick to the program, and how severe the fertility issue is. If you are on one of our health programs, you should begin to see changes within 1-3 months. These changes could be increased energy, improved cervical mucous, ovulation, correction in cycle length, etc...
Are the supplements, herbs and diet suggested backed by science?
Most of the supplements, diet and herbs we suggest have scientific studies to back them up, but most importantly they have been used by herbalists and natural practitioners for hundreds of years with real life results. We have recommended our programs successfully since 2007 to help thousands of couples conceive.
How do I know what is in each supplement?

Can I get addicted to vitamins, herbs or supplements?
There is no known case of someone becoming addicted to the supplements and herbs we provide through our shop.
Do you guarantee results with the products you recommend?
There are too many variables in each couples fertility path (type of issue, how long experiencing it, how well they follow the programs, etc...) to be able to guarantee results. Even with IVF procedures that may cost up to $15,000 per cycle, the Doctors can not guarantee results. We can say though that we have helped 1000's of couples with our programs at a far less cost than medical fertility treatments, and we will do anything in our power to help you to conceive as well.
Have you helped other people with similar complaints to mine? What can I expect as far as results?
We have worked with clients experiencing every type of fertility issue you can imagine. For best results we suggest you begin with an Email Fertility Consultation so you can have a program suggested that is specific for your health concerns, based on your personal health history. This will help you to get the best results. You should begin to see shifts in your health state within 1-3 months, depending on how long you have had the health issue. It may be longer if the issues has been for a year or more.

We accept phone orders toll-free at 1-800-851-7957. Our customer-care consultants are available Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST to assist you.
Can you put a rush on my order?
Please choose from one of the Expedited shipping methods upon Checkout. Shipping times start once the package has been packed and shipped. We ship packages within 1-2 business days. Generally Expedited packages ordered before 12:00 EST will ship same business day. Orders received after 12:00 EST will ship the following business day.
What are my payment options?
Orders can be placed online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards and PayPal. If you'd like to pay by check please use PayPal.
Can I pay with a money order?
Unfortunately we do not currently accept money orders.
Has my order shipped?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Please call or email us right away about order changes and we can check on your order to see if it is possible to accommodate any changes. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

Where is my order?
If your order has not arrived in the specified time frame for the type of shipping your chose, contact us with your order information.
There is an item missing from my shipment. What should I do?

What should I do if an item I desire is out of stock? Do you take back-orders?
We do not take back-orders. If a product you desire is out of stock, please use the 'Email me when Back-InStock' feature located below that products Add To Cart Button. You will then be sent an email when the product is back in stock and available for purchase.
