Can I place orders by phone?
We accept phone orders toll-free at 1-800-851-7957. Our customer-care consultants are available Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST to assist you.
Can you put a rush on my order?
Please choose Priority or Express Mail upon Checkout.

What are my payment options?
Orders can be placed online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards and PayPal. If you'd like to pay by check please use PayPal.
Can I pay with a money order?
Unfortunately we do not currently accept money orders.
Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
E-mail us your shipping information and your order number, and we'll contact you after we've checked with our mail providers and suppliers to find out the cause of the delay. Contact customer service at customerservice@naturalfertilityshop.com or call 1-800-851-7957 for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive? Generally a backordered item will arrive within a few days of your original order. Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. |
