Confidential Packaging
We understand that confidentiality is important when it comes to packages of this type. We use complete discretion in packaging your order for shipment. All orders are mailed with a non-discript return address name of "N.F.S.".

All orders are shipped in bubble-wrap envelope or a plain box (depending on the nature and/or size of your order).

What are my shipping options?
Shipping is automatically calculated based on product weight prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices for shipping your order to your zip code and country.

Note:Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours of being placed. The shipping times below begin once the package is shipped.

When will I receive my order?
Typically, you can expect to receive your NaturalFertilityShop.com shipment within 3-10 business days. If you choose a faster shipping method, your order will be delivered quicker than 3-10 business days. For international orders expect to receive your order within 2-10 days.

Orders are shipped in discreet packaging through USPS or UPS, you choose your preference upon checkout.



Tracking Your Packages
You will receive a tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you once your order has shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at www.USPS.com or UPS.com. You can access your tracking number here.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
Yes we do. We ship to PO Boxes through USPS.

Yes we ship to the US and Internationally!

PLEASE NOTE: You may encounter a customs or duties fee when receiving your order. This is not in the control of NaturalFertilityshop.com and this fee will be dependent on your country.

Product Pricing and Exchange Rates
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

International Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes

All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. Our prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.

International Returns or Packages Refused
If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to us for the return of the package. A refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 15% of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country..

If the USPS return to shipper cost is greater than the cost of the goods ordered, Natural Fertility Info.com will instruct USPS to abandon the order, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.

If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.

Your Country's Custom and Import Policies: Please note
It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you're importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products.

Additionally, when ordering from Natural Fertility Shop.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Any fees charged to Natural Fertility Info.com due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 15% of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.

Return and exchange policy
  We proudly offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on most of our products purchased within 30 days*. To return your product or to find out which products fall under our satisfaction guarantee please email us to get a return RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without this prior authorization and any unauthorized returns will be returned back to the customer at customer expense. Requests for returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the package receive date. We do not refund shipping costs for returns.  If your order was refused or returned to us by international customs there will be a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred will be paid by the customer.

  • How long before I receive my refund?

    All refunds are processed upon inspection of the items. Once your returned items have been processed, a credit should post to your credit card or PayPal account (minus any shipping fees you incurred on your original order) within three-to-five business days. You will also receive notification of your refund by email.
