Countries Shipping ListIt is important for you to become familiar with the customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you're importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products.

You can also use a drop shipping service to have your package delivered to an address in the United States, then forwarded to your home country.
Nigeria - We are not able to ship to Nigeria. To place an order to be shipped to Nigeria, you will need to contact one of the following companies:

We understand that confidentiality is important when it comes to packages of this type. We use complete discretion in packaging your order for shipment. All orders are mailed with a non-discript return address name of "N.F.S.". Click here to view a full size picture of our shipping label.
What are my shipping options?
Shipping is automatically calculated based on product weight prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices for shipping your order to your zip code and country. Please note that most expedited orders will be shipped through Federal Express, so be sure to provide a physical address for expedited orders as Federal Express can not deliver to PO Boxes.
We offer the following shipping options:
*Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of orders being placed. We will do our absolute best to ship orders as quickly as possible, and many orders will ship in less than 24 hours, but the shipping times begin once the package is shipped. Shipping to PO Boxes may take longer as United States Postal Service is required for these addresses.When will I receive my order?
Typically, you can expect to receive your NaturalFertilityShop.com shipment within 5-8 business days. If you choose a faster shipping method, your order will be delivered quicker than 5-8 business days. For international orders expect to receive your order within 1-2 weeks.
Tracking Your Packages
You will receive a tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you once your order has shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at www.USPS.com or FedEx.com. You can access your tracking number here.
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
Yes we do. We ship to PO Boxes through USPS. Orders may take longer if shipped to a PO Box due to the necessity of using the US Postal Service for shipping to PO Boxes.

Yes we ship to the US and Internationally! Be aware that you may encounter a customs or duties fee when receiving your order. This is not in the control of NaturalFertilityshop.com and this fee will be dependent on your country.International Shipping Methods

Product Pricing and Exchange Rates
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement. You can use a currency calculator to determine the current exchange rates.
International Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes
All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. Our prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs.
International Returns or Packages Refused
If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to us for the return of the package. A refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 15% of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.

Additionally, when ordering from Natural Fertility Shop.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Any fees charged to Natural Fertility Info.com due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 15% of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.

Returns for a Refund
To return your product please contact us to get a return RMA number. Requests for returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the package receive date. Returns with a postmarked shipping date after this time period will not be issued a refund.
The Natural Fertility Shop does not take returns or issue refunds for the following products:
How long before I receive my refund?
All refunds are processed upon inspection of the items. Once your returned items have been processed, a credit should post to your credit card or PayPal account (minus any shipping fees you incurred on your original order) within 15 business days. You will also receive notification of your refund by email.Exchanging product
We are not currently able to exchange products. Instead we will issue you a refund when we receive your unused return and you can place an order for the new product that you would like.
